Hey ! I just got a blackberry storm from a friend of mines and took it to be unlocked. Afterwards i tried to make calls but it keeps saying “No Service Currently Available”. I can’t send or recieve texts either. However, my internet is working. I can load up Facebook ect without a problem. When i got into manage connections > Services Status > Mobile voice Status: not available. Connection: Not available. My signal strenth is fine and I’ve even contacted o2 customer support and done a simcard swap ! PLEASE HELP !?

I used all my password attempts on my blackberry and it wiped out all my information is it gone forever? My VERSION IS 8330 I put in the right password but it kept rejecting it and after 3 attempts it said wiping then scrubbing. I turned my phone off and i had to put in my password and i put in the same password that it rejected before it wiped out my phone and it went through that time. Can I get my information back? if so how?? PLEASE HELP!!!!
