Overview:

BizTrackit is a straight forward application designed for the individual who bills clients on a timed basis. While the interface is somewhat plain Jane with no real decoration, it does lend itself to the no nonsense task of hourly billing.

The BizTrackit navigation is very intuitive and there are a wide variety of options available to customize each project to a specific client. There is also the added bonus of being able to export all of your project reports as a CSV file. This means no more lost time sheets and an easy time importing your data into any spreadsheet or time/billing software.

Pros: The BizTrackit software is incredibly easy to get into with a straight forward navigation style. Creating a new project and then completing billable and non billable entries is very intuitive. There is a wide variety of descriptors, made available in the options menu, that you can use to identify one project from another.

The real bonus here is that the process of inputing your data into spreadsheets for record keeping is ultimately streamlined. You will never lose a time sheet again.

Cons: It took quite some time for my exported CSV file to be delivered to my designated inbox. The reason for the delay was not investigated, as I assume it was congestion on my network.

Supported BlackBerry Models: The BizTrackit software will run on any model of BlackBerry as long as it is running an OS of 4.0 or higher.

Included Features:

• You have the option to use various terminologies when assigning and describing a project. These include: Legal, Task, and Project.
• You are given the ability to track time as both billable and unbillable.
• You can set a round up time for each project in the event that you have a minimum billing time. ie. bill in increments of 15 minutes.
• BizTrackit allows for multiple time zones to be referenced per project.

Minimum Requirements: In order to run the BizTrackit application on your BlackBerry, you must be running an OS of 4.0 or higher.

Ease of download and installation: Installing the BizTrackit software onto your BlackBerry is accomplished in a few simple steps. Follow the instructions below.

1. Download the BizTrackit.exe file
2. Double click the BizTrackit.exe file and install the program from your desktop
3. Desktop Manager will open automatically
4. Choose Application Loader -- check off BizTrackit and click next
5. BizTrackit will now be on your BlackBerry and ready to go!
