The AppLoader worked a treat. Just when I thought all was lost it managed to remove the rogue programs and restore my phone back to its pre-crash glory. My only tip would be to search for the AppLoader program from the C: drive without trying to search the files for it – its much quicker. Thanks so much to everyone!

hi when i was using my blackberry i download software after sometime it ask me to reboot my phone i try to that but automatically switched off when i try to open it shows reload software 552 plz how i can fix it

i reloaded 552 but all my data (contacts, msgs. nd all) got deleted now. how to recover the data pls help me i need my contacts coz i dont hv back up of ma contacts..:(

i have tried BB desktop software, JL_Cmder, loader from the apploader, but still my blackberry is not coming on.. and it is not upgrading the OS, it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting….. pls somebody help me.

thanks for the tips this was really helpful and my BB is now fixed and i found out that it was not really complicated i just had to remove the application that caused to my BB to have white screen and asking to reload software. you just have to install the BB device manager and after installing it connect your BB to the pc and go to application loader and all the aplication that u have downloaded to your device will be read and from there u can remove the application that u have installed which caused the problem…
