All connections with the BES are through Service Books that start with "Desktop[". Simply highlight each service book that starts with the word Desktop, and delete as noted above. My sis-in-law accidentally put in an old email address that she no longer uses, i i actually just stumbled upon this fix trying to get rid of it for her.
