My worst phone i ever had. My phone start up but non of the buttons register anything thus i cant reset the phone. When i get a call it rings but cant answer. Taking out the batery does not solve the problem.

The backlight goes of even if i try to make a call and press buttons nothing happens real shitty phone i should stick to I Phone.at least they have a service deck i send in the phone 6 times with same problem returning every time
