You’ve surely gotten an email in the past that has a red exclamation point next to it. Many times, this amounts to little more than spam. There are instances, though, in which the sender is authentically adding a higher level of importance to this message. Maybe you want to do this yourself, but don’t know how. Today we’ll go over the process. It’s not hard, but it’s not exactly front and center. So here goes.
The first step is to compose your message. Type whatever you want, to whomever you want. Just don’t send the message. Before you do, click the Menu button, then scroll down and click Options. That should read “Option” because there’s only one. Click on message priority and select High. And there you have it.

Just don’t overuse this, or else people might start to think you’re sending spam.

I would like to be able to set high priority for certain contacts, every time I have to email outside techs, or my boss I have to set it every time to high importance, it would be nice to have a default for certain people.
