		<description>Ok, my problem is a bit trickier, I upgraded my messenger, lost all my contacts etc but was cool with that, then one day about 2mnts ago my messenger icon refused to click open. I have re installed over and over again, downloaded the older version, deleated etc its all the same, I can see the icon but it just doesn&#039;t click open, its been 2 very loooong months! Anyone out there with a fix??? Pls help.</description>

		<description>Not too long ago I turned off the data plan for my blackberry curve. However,, now i would like to turn it back on, but was wondering if my original bbm contacts will be saved and ive gotten some more requests since i turned off data will those requests appear when i turn data services back on?

Have you checked to make sure that BBM is actually listed in your applications list. - menu - options - advanced options - applications.

If it is listed there and you are missing the icon and the icon will not reappear after a redownload then I suggest deleting the app all together - do a battery pull - redownload the app from http://blackberry.com/messenger - do a battery pull.</description>
