@jeff Unfortunately I do not have a solution for you at this time – I have looked and can not find any solid reason for the lack of access. Using Blackberry Tour with Rhapsody. When I save all my songs to my BB (which has an 8gb card installed), I’m not able listen to them on my phone (MP3 player). The BB is an authorized device on the Rhapsody account. On Rhapsody (under the “sources”, ONLY the BB Tour is recognized…not the memory card). I just spend 2 hours on “chat support” with Rhapsody. No help. Any help from you guys would be great! Current memory settings on phone are: Compression- Enabled, Media Card Support- On, Media Transfer Protocol- On, Mass Storage Mode Support- Off.

Tried to run slacker radio and flycast through my xbox. Once you turn on mass storage these apps don’t work. They stay the require a hd.

Bummer.

Re: Can’t access the media card

I had the same problem, I could see my music but not the voicenotes so I went to the drive, clicked on Tools/folder options. Clicked on the tab, file types, added in amr file extension. I could see two removable disk drives – one for the blackberry and the other one for the blackberry1. The files were on blackberry and then was able to see the files.

What is meant by having mass storage mode “ON” means you can’t access files from your handheld? I have it on but I can still go to my pictures, for example, on the device.

Having said that, even with mass storage mode on, I still can’t access the media card on my PC. Clicking the removable disc icon prompts me to insert removable media (which is already there in the phone!)

My BB toggle roller stopped working for scrolling downward. CAN scrollup and sideways, but no Down.
