		<description>I&#039;ve tried Gym Technik sense reading this article.  Not at all impressed.  You have to create a workout for each day and it maxes out at 20 individual exercises.  I&#039;d love to just be able to enter all the exercises I do on one page and select from there.  Problem with this site is that once you start a &quot;workout&quot; you can&#039;t change to another one that day.  So you can only track 20 items per day, even if you&#039;re doing more.</description>
