Unlimited BlackBerry for Bell subscribers?

A report is currently circulating that Canadian provider Bell is now offering unlimited email, Web, and messaging for $30 per month. Yes, you read the words “unlimited” and “Web” in the same sentence regarding a Canadian provider. Of course, Telus offered a similar promotion quite some time ago. Still, it’s nice to see another Canadian provider catching up. Then again, it’s not on Bell’s rates page. So what gives?
