Well, imagine that. It’s been a little under a month since we showed you pictures of the CDMA Curve. And, of course, we’ve gotten plenty of questions about which providers will be carrying it, and more frequently, when. Well, I don’t have an answer as to “when” yet. The carriers are playing their cards very close to their chests, and it appears that they’re strongly protecting against a leak. Ah, but someone must have slipped up, because hints of the 8330 appeared yesterday on Telus’s website. It’s down now, but it was there. Screenshot after the jump.
So there it is, in all its advertised glory. Unfortunately, all I have is this screen grab, which is taken from Engadget Mobile, which was taken from Howard Forums. Too bad no one clicked on the link and took a screenshot.
Of course, this doesn’t necessarily mean that the Canadian provider will be the first to actually release the device. But this is the first real acknowledgment we’ve seen. It appears, given this development and the rumors we’ve been hearing for the past few weeks, that we’ll see this in early April, after the quarter flips to Q2.
And just so we’re not missing this bit, Telus is also releasing a color line of 8130 Pearls. They’re exactly the same as the other 8130s, but you can get one in Silver, Pink, or Black.
