Pros: Unlike other companies, HostMySite offers a 3 GB mailbox in their Executive plan. If you’re looking for wireless solutions, the company offers BlackBerry mobile services and Good services. If you have a hosted Exchange mailbox, BlackBerry services are $19.95 a month with $49.95 set-up fee. You can add this through your control panel once you have an Exchange mailbox. Good services are $25.95 with a $49.95 set-up fee.
Firewall Protection: On their dedicated hosting page, HostMySite assures users that their firewall and network tools will block spam and virus threats and detect intrusion.
Anti-Spam and Virus Protection: Anti-virus protection is included with the plans; however, if you want anti-spam, you must add it to your account. The company uses Postini Anti-spam to defend your systems.
Set-up Fee: There are set-up fees charged with all wireless plans – the fee is $49.95. Other services have no set-up fee.
Other Devices Supported: HostMySite supports BlackBerry, Windows Pocket PC and Smartphones, and all Good Messaging devices.

Backup History Storage: With daily backups, HostMySite allows you to never lose data. Daily backups are included with all plans.
Uptime Guarantee: HostMySite guarantees 100% uptime. If you incur a network outage, the company promises to credit you 5% of your monthly fee for every 30 minutes of downtime.
Additional Services: HostMySite also offers generalized hosting, including Linux hosting, dedicated server hosting, and virtual private servers.

pretty good service. I recently switched to them, and it's been pretty good. they've been acquired by wachovia recently, and I also found this interview with the new cee. gave me a better view of the company.
