Editorial Rating

Overview:

DSLExtreme was founded in 1999 and since then, has been a leading provider of Internet services and hosted Microsoft Exchange. They serve thousands of clients in 21 major areas across the country.

Pros:

I have DSLService from DSLExtreme. 1.5Mb was too low so i upgraded to 3Mb. I went out of town and my phone line got disconnected. Got my phone working again and it took 10 days for DSLEXteme to bring up the service. Now they are saying that they can't give me 3Mb because i am too far away. They also redid my contract so i have to wait another year or pay $250.
