Have you got more than 20 users in your business? Alentus offers discounts on their Exchange hosting plans for anything over 20, and the prices seem to be great. You can get a BES, but you will pay a hefty set-up fee for it.

Ready for extreme Exchange hosting? DSLExtreme offers a 60-day trial and free set-up, which is almost unheard of among these companies. As well, you get great plans for an incredibly low price - $6.95 a mailbox! Wow!

BlackBerry plans for all! At $10 per plan, you’re paying a great price for a BES with Lanlogic, and it includes free ActiveSync. However, more storage will cost you, and even then you won’t get much – only 10 MB at a time.

Are you a user in the UK? Here’s a company for you – Mistral is a Microsoft Gold partner with Exchange and BES plans for every user. The prices seem to be reasonable, and the customer service certainly is – in fact, we’ve rated them number one for customer service!

Prominic’s a little different than other companies – they offer dedicated Exchange hosting and server packages for businesses. However, if you want a BES and a handheld from the same company, they’ve got it. You’ll be paying slightly higher prices than other companies, however.

Storage galore! If you want unlimited storage for all those important emails, AppRiver offers you that and more with their Exchange and BES plans. They also have their own spam protection, and lots of great features. Be prepared to spend $50 minimum – there’s nothing less than that.

A Canadian Exchange hosting company, SherWeb offers its users comprehensive plans with lots of features included. However, they don’t have an archiving service. BES is offered, and the set-up fee is surprisingly lower than its American counterparts.
