We’ve been waiting a while for this one. Ever since the announcement of a CDMA Pearl a month ago, we’ve been waiting for an exact release date. RIM said November, and with that we figured late November, maybe December. But they’ve followed through, offering the device on Verizon starting November 8th. If you have an overwhelming need to click the “buy” button, you can pre-order it today find the Verizon Pearl currently for sale here.
Ah, so you clicked the “read more” tag looking for the price, eh? Well, since there’s really not much else to talk about (you can click back and read about the device’s specs in our older post), we might as well get to the point.
It’s going to be $199 with a two-year service plan. That gives you $100 off. We’ve been hearing, though, that you can nab it on a one-year plan for $249. Not sure if that’s at all enticing. But it’s at least another option.
