I have a Bold that I purchased new a month ago. After charging all night, my phone was dead and wont turn on. The red keeps going on and off. Sometimes a pic of a drained battery comes onto the screen with a lightening bolt through it. I took it to VZW and they said water damage. The phone does not have water dmage and the white strip IS NOT RED!! I need to get all my pics off this phone, but unable to sync the device with my computer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Heeelllp, My mom just gave me her blackberry and I keep getting an error message saying “Uncaught exception: Java.lang.IllegalArgumentExcetion. Whenever I try and send an SMS, I pulled the battery like someone suggested but I am still getting the same error message.

I have a pre-owned BB Bold, and I’m unable to delete the last user’s gmail and yahoo accounts, and cannot set up my own yahoo email. Every time I try to set up the email accounts and verify the passwords, I get the message “Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again.” Tried battery pull and hard reset with no luck. Any suggestions?

My colleague’s 9700 crashed. It says Index 5>=5 and something about ‘owner has died’ or ‘owner thread has died’. I’ve tried removing the battery, sim card and memory card, but keeps popping up the same message. Please help

,i experience the same problem when i start to open the phone it will pop up this “uncaught exception 21>=21″ the after a while it will turn to apps error press reset…waht should i do whit this prob?thanks

help!!!! my bb wont work, when i switch the phone on it keeps saying app error 200, with reset at the bottom, i try reseting it but it wont work, it wont even connect to bb desktop, help me plaese!!!!

when i logon to the appworld is says
“An error has occurred. please try again”
I have “tried again” for nearly a week now and it still won’t let me in! What do I do???

My BB 8520 keeps telling me I need to “reintegrate” my gmail account when i try to sign into my mail. I have no idea what that means or how to do it and the ppl at the rogers call centre aren’t very helpful….
