		<description>RIM still has their 99.95% uptime status...BUT with that being said the issues are becoming more and more frequent, which is increasingy becoming uncomfortable for BB users, will the recent issues have a major impact on RIM&#039;s userbase...not bloody likely...but it&#039;s not helping convince customers who have not jumped on the RIM wagon...to make that jump yet.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m down.  Most outages that we&#039;ve had have only affected my incoming email (pop3 and BIS).  Today I can&#039;t get to the web, stock quotes, viigo, etc. I&#039;m in Knoxville, TN on Verizon.</description>
