I shopped and shopped for a quote. They offered $255 for my blackbery 9700. They emailed me a link to "log in" to....click on it and I got send to the mobile site, had to email them to get the correct link and password reset. It says on the website that the turn around time for paypal was teh day after they received it...when I had emailed, I'd asked if they'd gotten it (as the USPS link NEVER works online, it's so retarded) and they said it was due to be in their posession the next day. Well, that was 2 days ago. Technically I should be getting paid for my pretty much brand new (no scratches etc) for my phone...so, I have NO idea what to do next, I just know that after reading some of these I'm a bit concerned and tempted to call.

I had the same experience as jeff and greg007. I have used them to sell my 8330 as well as a three year old laptop. They offered $100 for my blackberry and after I sent it in, the "assessed" it and told me they would only offer $20 (did the same thing to my laptop). They said I had scratches on the screen--total bull, I had a screen protector on from day one. I told them just to send it back, so then they offered $30. I accepted just to be done with them. I would encourage folks to stay away.

I think you'd be better off with a more reputable company (gazelle.com for instance) who would offer you a lower estimate, but then actually pay that amount.

Beware that their web site is more polished than their operation. The site will quote, say $60 for a phone. After mailing it to them, they'll send you an email saying that it's scratched, damaged, cracked, and therefore worth much less than the quote. If you decline their lowball offer, they won't respond. Try calling, and you'll be sent to voicemail. In the end, you'll have to fight tooth and nail to get your blackberry back. I think they plan on having you cave in and accept their lowball offer.
