		<description>All true, except if RIM keeps screwing up system upgrades like they have at least twice in the past year, people are going to perceive less and less that BB does it&#039;s job &quot;well&quot; and look at alternatives.  Not that the alternatives do it better, but the massive media coverage of these past two &quot;big&quot; outages leaves a perception that RIM can&#039;t cut it.</description>
