One day I picked up my blackberry and ALL of the icons, messaging, phone, settings, everything was gone off of the homescreen. I can still get to messaging and phone by pressing alt and the back arrow. But I can’t get my icons back on my homescreen! Please help!

@Jamel Unfortunately the next time your service books are updated by your carrier these icons will return. It is best to just hide them.

okay so i deleted all the unwanted icons from the service book but when i reset my phone they come back!!! someone has to have an answer as to how to get these icons COMPLETELY GONE…….. FOREVERRR………

@justin The icons in question are pushed to your device by your carrier and can not be deleted. They just keep coming back!

The best bet is to just hide the icons and put them out of mind.

Did anyone ever resolve this?
I have done ALL of the above to get rid of these stupid icons – AIM, Yahoo Messanger, Google Talk, and the most effin ridicilous & USELESS – PocketExpress!
I have deleted the apps, went into Service Books & deleted just for them ALL to come back! I have also upgraded my OS and they STILL come back WTF do I have to do to remove these hidious icons!?!!!! Nobody has been able to help me yet….
