Try pressing menu key &gt; save after you change that setting.  Also GO to Profiles &gt; active profile and press option edit. Then go through and verify the LED is turned off.</description>

		<description>I did what you said to turn off the green light.  It is still blinking.  When I turn it to off, is there something else I need to do to save it or something?  Just got my blackberry 8520 today.  Making me crazy.  Please help.</description>
