Hi there

I have a strange story.

I belong to a group on my bbm. A couple of months ago someone I know passed away in a tragic accident and her bb was never found. Her mother cancelled her phone contract.

However, everyone in the group has just received a notification that she has joined the group.

The administrator of the group says that she didn't add anyone to the group.

When you click on her name (as she is now listed in the group members) it says that 'this bbm contact doesn't exist'.

How is it possible that a bbm contact who no longer exists and whose phone has been cancelled can be added to a bbm group?

First of all thanks for you help. We consumers really appreciate it.

When my friends open my name in the list on the BBM they see a pin and a email address. I dont use that email address anymore. Its not even setup on my blackberry. How do i change this?

Name: XYZ
PIN: 12233
Email: xyz@xyz.com

Status.

I want to change the email address. It is not on the remote backup etc. Not even on the blackberry.
Thanks again.

I copied and pasted a BBM message from one peson to another in BBM and they said they could see who it went to and had the phone number of the person it went to.
Could they really have done this? obtained someone elses phone number just because I copied and pasted their message to someone else?

Hi Cooper

Is there anyway I can view the last chat I had with a BBM contact, after she deleted me? My settings are configured to storing the chat history too. Just that I cannot see the chat I had with the contact after she deleted me. Anyway, I cant access the last chat now?

Please plz let me know...as it's really urgent..thanks!
