I have a one user whose issue is kicking my backside. When he sends a message from his Blackberry Curve it won't show up in the Outlook Sent Items folder. However on the BES console I have the message redirection configured to save outgoing msgs from handheld in sent items. I also have the folder redirection to go to both inbox and sent items. This user is remote so I had him check to make sure that he wasn't configured to "hide sent items" as well. Since this incident is isolated to just one user I'm doubtful that it's a BES issue. Not true for me on GMail IMAP through blackberry mail... it ends up in a "Sent Items" label, different from Gmail's "Sent Mail". That's if I create a "Sent Items" label, if not, Gmail just puts it in "All Mail". Not true for me on GMail IMAP through blackberry mail… it ends up in a “Sent Items” label, different from Gmail’s “Sent Mail”. That’s if I create a “Sent Items” label, if not, Gmail just puts it in “All Mail”.
