I have a blackberry curve 8520 and I deleted all of the sms’s that someone very important sent to me. I didn’t realise til this morning and I wasn’t sure if they just delete themselves after a while or if the chat was too big. I really want them back how can I do this? And my blackberry messenger does not work neither does my email, Facebook, Internet and bb app world :(

@vicky – im soo sorry to hear that!

I had a slightly similar situation…and well i by mistake clicked clear chat on bbm n i lost 2 moths worth of texts though im grateful to still have the recent ones, the first few meant soo much more.
But since yu said it ws texts yu should try the derex site. I sincerely hope it works!

I’m looking to get back a text that was deleted from a few nights ago, I also deleted the contact, but now really need to get the text back. I’ve downloaded the program from http://www.dexrex.com, but it”s still “archiving” and I have a feeling that it will only save the existing ones from now on, not retrieve ones that were already deleted.
Any other ideas of how to get back my text? Earlier suggestions also don’t work if you’ve already deleted the contact as well as the message.

I’ve got the new Blackberry Torch, and accidentally deleted the whole text conversation I’d had with someone.

In this case I was able to search the person’s name and it did in fact find the conversation. I’m not sure if this is a new feature, but if anyone’s had the same problem there’s the solution!

I receive FB notifications in my BB and I accidentally erase a couple of inbox messages of FB in my Blackberry. How can I recover those? I really need to!! Thanks!

@Vicky Unfortunately unless those messages were backed up a long time ago they are gone from your device and can not be recovered.

I am sorry for your loss and wish there was some way I could help but there is nothing that can be done at this point.
