Okay… so earlier today i got a message from my app world saying therz and upgrade for bbm ver 6.0.0.125 (or something like that) so iclick the upgrade button in my app world, it started downloading and then it gave a message saying download failed. ever since then i havent been able to access my bbm nor can i find it. everytime i try to download it again it says failed… WHAT DO I DO :(

@shelly Either connect to Desktop Manager and reinstall through the advanced add/remove apps or delete completely from your device and redownload from http://blackberry.com/messenger

How do I re-install my BBM back to my blackberry
Curve 8520, cuz I turned it off and later turned on
And all of a surden I culd’nt find it.

Hello,while attempting to change my new sim card,I discovered after changing that my bb chat icon has disappearerd and have no clue as to its whereabout.All my friends can still view me from their bb’s but can’t chat as they send messages shown as delivererd but doesn’t get to me.Pls help ASAP.Thanks

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I have a Verizon curve with the 4.5 OS and the BBM 5.0 was choking the life out of it. Thank you for giving me a way to downgrade!
