All of them have very poor spam filters and I was bothered setting up dozens of rules in BIS (which are crap, too). I know let GMail collect all mails and configured it as the only account in BIS. In addition with GCal and Google Mobile Sync I now have my own BES-like services - powered by Google (awaiting sync for tasks and contacts) I faced exactly the same problem with my 5 mail accounts.
