		<description>HELP!!! I have a boostberry (the new one, not sure of the name - with the pad instead of the ball) All of the sudden, I can&#039;t text or receive calls! I took the battery out twice, nada. (yes I paid the bill) I can get online? I can receive texts also, cant reply</description>

		<description>hey, my picturess are working really wierd, ill take pictures den dey will be dere and then u click on it and and its black, and den ur picturess will goo thenn come a week later ansd some pictures jus dont appear anymore, but wen i plug it inito the computer all the pictures are there, and i reboot my fone almost daily, so i dont noe the problem! need help asap pleasee!

		<description>I turned off my blackberry using the red phone hang up key- now it will not boot  back up.  i just had the battery replaaced becasuse it seemed not to be holding a charge. is it dead or just needs a new charge ? the phone was fully charged when i turned it off. I cannot turn it back on has not signals of any kind of light indciatoe red, yellow or green.
