You think you can play BrickBreaker?

Posted by Joe on August 15, 2008

Is there anyone out there who doesn’t play BrickBreaker on their BlackBerry? I’m not talking hardcore, play every day and try to beat the high score. I’m talking, there’s a delay on the subway, and I’m stuck underground with hundreds of sweaty people cramming tighter and tighter into the car. It’s a good release at those points. Me? I’m no good. But Carlo Maglinao at TechBays? He’s good. So he’s created the Ultimate BlackBerry BrickBreaker Guide. The link is to levels one through three. Links to the rest of the levels after the jump.

The guide is simple. It shows which bricks contain the blue pills, which can give you an extra life, multi-ball action, and many more, including my personal favorite, the ability to catch the ball.

That’s Level 30. Have you been that far?

To check out the entire guide, head to Levels 28 through 30. The links are right up top. You can also check out Maglinao’s guide to scoring over 100,000.

pts: 80620

level: 24 (3rd time through)
got bored and threw away the remaining 12 lives to post the score (avoid the dreaded BB hard reset which nullifies the score)

@tim – unfortunately I have no ideas why you are getting this message – can’t find anyone else mentioning the issue either.

Perhaps try a battery pull and try again.
