You might remember a couple of months back when Cooper and I reviewed Yahoo! Go 2.0. At the end of the last link, I listed the BlackBerry models which Go worked with. Notably absent from that list was the new Pearl 8130. A few days later, we noticed that complaints were popping up about the program not working with that device. We heard that compatibility was in the offing, but no set date was published. Well, now it’s ready to go.
We got an email from the folks at Yahoo! yesterday, stating that Go is now compatible with the 8130. So all of you with the new Pearl can go check out the links provided above to review the Go service before you try it for yourself.
Additionally, Yahoo! Go version 3.0 is in beta testing and is available via their website. I’ll be playing with the application over the next few days, and will report back with my findings. Of course, it won’t be as extensive as the first round of reviews, but I’ll definitely run down the new features and functions.
