@new Tour Try this:

Go to Profiles-->Advanced-->Select the Active Profile-->Calendar-->Choose the ring tone for both the In Holster and Out of Holster. Exit and save - then test it with a calendar entry.

I have a new Tour, and I set an alarm for my wake up and a calendar alert for a reminder later in the day. Each has its own sound setting, so I can have different rings. The problem is, when my alert goes off, it uses the same ringtone as what I set as my alarm. Is there any way to fix this?

[...] Wake up to multiple alarms. For some, waking up is hard to do. Remedy that by trying these ways to set multiple alarms. [...]

Actually, you can set multiple alarms inside of the calendar. Hit the BB button and select "new alarm" and that gives you more than one alarm (which can also be recurring) without changing your daily/main alarm. Note: I have a Storm so I don't know if this works on lower platforms.
