Verizon adds My Verizon for BlackBerry handsets

Here’s a boon for Verizon BlackBerry users. They’ve added the My Verizon application their default Home page (via BGR). This application allows users to monitor their usage, change their plans, edit features, and even pay their bills. It is, in other worse, a useful application which probably every Verizon BlackBerry customer should find room for on their device.

As Verizon describes it, you can:

- Check Balance
- Check Usage: Minutes, Messages and KBU (Data).
- Make Payment, Manage Payment Account and Review Last 5 Payments
- View current Plan and Features.
- Change Voice Mail Password

You can download My Verizon at the default Verizon home page (http://mobile.vzwapp.com). Unfortunately, this one isn’t quite ready for Storm users. It’s available only to Curve 8330, Peal 8130, and 8830 World Edition owners.

Verizon is evil. They are contemptible, nasty, vile and blight on humanity but this portal is quite handy.
