If you haven’t heard of iQmetrix’s product ReailiQ, well, you’re missing out. It’s quite a nifty application, which feeds company data in real time through your enterprise. The application just got better, as the mobile version, PocketiQ, has been released. Now you’ll always be prepared for your next meeting, armed with the latest data.

Mobile sales and service teams will have access to detailed customer profiles, service requests and product information for sales and service calls. Front line staff will have the ability to look up customer, product and inventory information without having to occupy a POS terminal.

RetailiQ 3.4’s new Bill Pay and Vendor Deposit Module were billed as providing “an easier way to accept bill payments, saving time and reducing errors at the point of sale.” The new module allows users to take payments from customers on behalf of a carrier or vendor and will commonly be used for Pre-Cash Payments, Quick Pay Payments, Carrier Security Deposits and more.

So in essence, this program puts your research data, company figures, and cash register right on your BB. Combine that with remote access to your e-mail and files on your work computer, and, well, there’s no need for a physical office, now is there?
