Ever since I downloaded Windows Live Messenger on my Blackberry Curve 9300 (Rogers), all my WLM contacts got deleted. Why’d that happen and how can I get them back?

My msn icon has disappeared off my phone, i have looked in every folder and its not been hidden anywhere but my bb world says that i have downloaded it and its on my phone? please can you help :) x

@Emily It is not charged by message exactly but it is billed as data usage. Every message you send uses a tiny bit of data. You are billed for the amount of data you use in the month.

If you do not have unlimited data I would use the app sparingly to ensure you do not max out your available data while messaging.

If i downloaded the MSN app, does it cost every time a message comes in if i have unlimited texting? i don’t have unlimited data.

@sam Do you have a full BlackBerry data plan for your device? If yes then I suggest deleting and re-installing the app to see if that works. Take a look and see that it has all the permissions it needs assigned to it as well.

please help me to get my windows messenger
running, it’s already downloades in my bb storm but when I try to sing in I get the message: service not enabled for this handheld.
my provider is t mobile USA
