Has anyone with Bell figured out how to fix that error message about “service not enabled on this handheld”

Hey I’m having a problem.. The other day I lent my BB to a friend of mine. When she was playing with it she came about an alternate msn account I use when I just want to be available with close friends and family. Needless to say she was upset. The new version of the messenger saves usernames… Is there a way to clear them after each use? Thanks!

I am having the same problem.. I am with bell aswell so bell doesn’t use sim cards.. However a friend of mine has the exact same phone and is also through bell and theirs works.. I do have a data plan so it’s not that… :( Help!

Anthonio, I got that message too, and same with facebook app. I just took out the battery, took out the SIM card etc… left it out for a minute and repalced everything…. and guess what? everything works!

Antonio, I’m not sure what to tell you. I’m not sure, but maybe Bell doesn’t support this application? Any Bell users out there?

The most likely scenario, judging by the error message, is that the application is not supported for the Storm. You might have to wait for an update.

please help me to get my windows messenger running, it’s already downloades in my bb storm but when I try to sing in I get the message: service not enabled for this handheld.
my provider is bell canada
