DDH Software, makers of HanDBase mobile database software, is looking for people to utilize its powers in the creation of mobile applets for PDAs and smartphones. To this end, they’re holding a contest, which will reward two creators — one for Best Commercial Applet and the other for Best Personal Applet — who “demonstrate how easy it is for anyone to develop a mobile solution for either work or personal use.” The winners will get HanDBase Runtime licenses, which will allow them to put the applet on the market as a standalone entity.
