Then you put your email address in and it sends the OTA link just like he said. Also, it is working for me in firefox, so I'm not sure why he said it only allows IE. Either way, I just tried to do it and it failed to work. I have Windows XP with all updates and IE 8.0.6001.18702. It gave me a "wrong browser" error.
