My son loaded facebook onto my curve and now I can only access his facebook account even though I have deleted and reloaded. It will not recognize my name and password. How do I fix this?

I deleted the new FB App off of my blackberry and it deleted my emails, contacts and pretty much all on my phone but not sim card.
It even deleted my saved messages.
Does anyone know of a way to get them back. They (FB) should troubleshoot their apps before sending them out. What idiots.

I hope someone can figure it out. Thank you

I just got new bold 9000 and installed the facebook app and its not working and I want to un install it again but its not in the application list to delete it but its there in my download file
All what I can do is just move it
Can anyone help

I have had the same problem. I deleted fbook for a readon and it deleted all of my contacts, not happy!! I have blackberry curve 8330 for us cellular, any suggestions!

HOW DO I GET FACEBOOK TO REMOVE ALL MY BLACKBERRY’S UPLOADED PHONEBOOK DATA???

I AM FREAKING OUT!

My Blackberry accidentally uploaded my Phonebook when I first installed the Facebook for Blackberry Application. I was trying to cancel out of that screen to go back when I read what it wanted to do and was freaking out and instead it uploaded all my contacts. HOW DO I remove these? The regular Delete/Remove Friend Finder Data is not working in this case and even though I had denied and removed the app from the my profile the Blackberry Phonebook Data is still continuing to show up in my Friends Suggestions.

@Nix unfortunately I have no further insight as to how to fix this issue. Plain and simple Facebook sucks and they are messing things up for everybody =(

I will look for an alternate solution and post it here if I find anything new.

@joenta Is the app actually installed and listed in the applications list or is it just the icon on your home screen? The icon will be pushed to your phone by your carrier and there is nothing to be done about that.

If the app itself is not installed then you can just hide the icon any time it pops back up.
