When it comes to cases for your BlackBerry Storm, what is considered the top case is really dependent on your personal preferences. Some people will value the materials used in making the case, while others will focus on how much bulk the case will add to their device. Therefore the following case suggestions reflect the best that is available for your Storm in no particular order.

RexRegina Morgan case for the Storm:

Aquapac Handheld Case for the Storm
The Aquapac Handheld case for the BlackBerry Storm is not a case for everybody but some users may find it quite handy.
The concept of the Aquapac case is to allow BlackBerry users to have access to their devices under water or in very inclement weather. Fully water proof to a max depth of 5 meters or 15 feet, this is some serious protection. not only that, but if you have your Storm in this case you could probably drop it off a building without any real damage due to the inflatable pockets.
The Aquapac case actually floats, making it excellent for boating trips or outings to the beach. You can even make calls underwater (although folks may not be able to understand a word you are saying).

The Otterbox Defender case for your Storm is some of the heaviest protection you can get. Formed with a series of shock absorbing layers as well as screen protection and a hard case, there is not much that can be done to damage your device when wrapped up in an Otterbox product.
These cases are on the bulky side so they are not for everybody. That being said however, if you work in a field like construction or in any kind of rough terrain/weather you will find that the Otterbox solves a lot of the issues you have with your phone.

The second is a screen protection component that guards against scratches to your precious screen when slid across a surface or slipped in the pocket with keys.

I have an 8310 that i have a “pseudo” otterbox…I don’t just “DROP” my phones….I destroy them….Either case would be nice…although I think need the Otterbox!!!!

I’d like SENA ultra slim cases
The only case I could see useful to me is the Aquapac, otherwise it wont fit in my dock and I don’t want to have to purchase a new one.
Underwater use. Seriously, I have enough trouble with plaster walls. Has anyone ever tested signal strength underwater? I have to imagine there is some serious loss there.
That being said, the Aquapac has a great secondary use in a disaster pack, if you know you are going to sit in rain during a sporting event, or for those times you need to pack the berry in your suitcase and make sure it is not crushed. Sure hope I win one…. :)

A very good range of cases here.
I opted for the RIM own brand skin for my storm. I ditched this after a day as it made my beloved Blackberry feel cheap, and given the fact I spend most days explaining to iPhone owners why they have made a mistake, having a cheap case on my 3rd most vital organ was not an option.
I would be more than happy to receive a case for my 8300 Curve ;)

My case didn’t make the top ten, but it cost only about 30% of the list price of those that did. They’re more stylish, but it’s only protecting a phone I hate, so I wasn’t spending the big $$. Actually, correct that – the phone is great. It’s the software that I hate. Blackberry Storm: The Not Ready for Prime Time SmartPhone!!
That said, the cases are really nice. I particularly like the Seidio ones.
I’m really liking the Golla Stunt Pouch for the Storm. Fashionable and functionable!
And I think the Body Glove Side Case looks pretty good for people who are made to be outdoors alot (messengers, bikers).

Waiting for the next edition of the Storm… in the meantime would love to get the crystal hard shell for my pearl.
I’m a big fan of cases that clip on to my belt, and provide autolock enabling when holstered. It seems with the latest Storm update it will actually “unlock” when you retrieve the Storm from your holster, which is pretty sweet.
That being said, the Krussel and E&B cases look stylish and functional, however the Seidio Innocase Hybrid intrigues me. Might have to go hunt one down to check out.
Would love a case for my Storm as it is much more useful to me than being a paperweight.
The Rex Regina has always looked nice to me, however, love the ruggedness of the Aquapac.

I have a BlackBerry Curve and like my Seidio soft-touch case. However, it doesn’t offer a whole lot of protection for someone who is hard on their BlackBerry (especially protection for the screen)

Not a huge fan of the phone on the hip. I like the cases A LOT, but something slightly DB about it, for me that is! Much bigger fan of the hard cases, especially the last one, Griffin Elan Form.

my uncle has the otterbox for his storm. it doesn’t look terribly bulky. i would love to get a case for my storm! i don’t think i can justify spending $45 for one, though. his also fits in a clip, i dunno if it came with it or not, but its very convenient.
I have had the same BB Curve for over two years without any problems with it. I used to work in BB Technical Support. I am a BB afficienado. I wouldn’t own anything but a BB. I always carry mine in a side case on the belt. Those work the best for me. Thanks for the info!!!!

Ive been using the slip case with the magnetic shut off feature from BB since Ive owned the storm. Its ok, but I think Im ready for a case change.

Im a BOLD user and haven’t found a case yet that works for me, Waterproof or at least resistant would be ideal as I fish and canoe and camp as often as I can and am sometimes in harms way regarding high humidity or weather related issues.

My silicon skin broke a little last weekend and the generic holster I have has been rapidly losing elasticity for a few weeks now, so this article is good timing.

The Hyrbrid case is probably the best indestructible case for the storm! I’ve dropped my storm a few times (while texting with a beer in the other hand) and it still keeps working…
I wouldn’t mind a case to protect my new 8330 Curve.

I’d like to see an article similar to this one, with cases that allow for holstering & protection when un-holstered. It seems that cases come in two forms — skin/armor and holsters/carriers.
Are there any decent cases for the Storm that combine the two?
My bulky bold need to be a little bulkier with the bulky otterbox defender. Don’t mind the bulk, cause i know it will be safer.
