They come in a variety of stylish colors so you can get one that matches your favorite bag, BlackBerry Skin, belt or shoes. Motorola MOTOROKR S9HD Bluetooth Stereo Headphones

motorokr-s9hd-bluetooth-headphonesLet’s face it, having a BlackBerry is cool, but what is not cool is walking around with your BlackBerry and listening to tunes or a podcast with wires hanging down from your ears. Not only do they get in the way by snagging on things like railings and door handles, but they restrict your mobility and limit the way you can carry your device to the length of your headphone cables. This is why brilliant minds created Bluetooth and why Motorola created the MOTOROKR headset.

The MOTOROKR headphones provide a HD listening experience using special earbuds that reduce background noise while providing a comfortable fit for most ear types. The headset itself weighs just over an ounce and features a behind the head strap/band to keep them in place on your noggin. Included in the headset are controls that allow for the easy switching of tracks, sending and ending calls, volume adjustment and the standard pause/play functionality.

With the MOTOROKR Bluetooth headset you will be sure to get every call as the music dies down when the phone rings. They last for an estimated 6 hours of use on a single charge and will have you rocking out without the hassles of wires getting in your way.

The Motorola MOTOROKR S9HD Bluetooth Stereo Headphones for the BlackBerry Storm can be purchased at the BBGeeks Store for $84.95

The keyboard itself weighs in at approximately 7 ounces so it can easily be slipped into your bag for easy transport. Mobi Products Touch Screen Stylus Pen for the Storm

mobi-products-touch-screen-stylusSo you bought the BlackBerry Storm and you realized that your fingers are a bit too fat to press all those tiny letters. Or maybe you just prefer to keep your BlackBerry screen as smudge free as possible. In either case, you might want to take a look at using a stylus for all your point and click needs.

The Mobi Products Touch Screen Stylus Pen is designed to help people type faster and with more accuracy than you can get with your fingers alone. They do take some time to get used to but in the long run you will find that it becomes second nature and you will be tap tap tapping away with ease.

SanDisk 16GB microSDHC Card

sandisk-microsdhc-16gb-memory-cardThe only thing better than having a slick smart phone is having the ability to load up some MicroSDHC action and increase your storage for tons of great media.

The Storm comes with 1 GB of storage space in its default configuration, which allows you to take a good deal of video and a large number of photos right off the bat. The problem is however, once you start to use up any significant portion of that 1GB your device will start to pay the price. Things will run slower and often you will see device failures due to lack of memory.

The answer to your memory problems is a SanDisk 16GB MicroSDHC memory card. It provides 16GB of storage for your Storm, making a behemoth of a media device. You will not run out of room for a long time with one of these in your BlackBerry and you will notice that your device runs a lot better once you have transferred all of your files onto it.

The SanDisk 16GB microSDHC Card for the Storm can be purchased at the BBGeeks Store for $59.95

Cell Ranger STIX for the Storm

cell-ranger-stixI would assume that most BlackBerry Storm owners are living in or around a somewhat populated area. This means that there should be cell network coverage for many of you that remains strong and clear. In the event that you do not live in an area with stellar coverage, or take trip into the “Dead-Zones” often enough, you may want to have a little backup to ensure that you stay connected.

The Cell Ranger STIX unit is an amplifier that will give a significant boost to your mobile antenna. The Cell Ranger product is driven by a next-gen microprocessor that is leaps and bounds ahead of the traditional antenna boosters on the market. You can plug in the STIX unit into your cars cigarette lighter and use it combined with the magnetic antenna on top of your cars roof or trunk in order to get a very powerful signal. The Cell Ranger STIX unit can also be used to pump up the signal for your laptop on the very same trip.

Compatible with most cellular networks across North America (Sprint/Nextel being the major exception), this is a solid purchase for any Storm owner who finds themselves traveling through the dreaded “Dead-Zones”.

The Cell Ranger Stix for the Storm can be purchased at the BBGeeks Store for $149.95

Blueant M1 Bluetooth Stereo Speakers

blueant-m1-bluetooth-speakersIf you are a BlackBerry fan like I know you are, you have loaded all of your favorite tunes onto your device and thrown that iPod to the dogs. Now if only you could make your music sound nice without a set of earphones plugged into your noggin.

For Storm owners that want some bass, the Blueant M1 Bluetooth Stereo Speakers will be your best friend. The M1’s feature a wired or wireless set up that allows you to move anywhere within 10 meters of the speakers and retain control over all the necessary settings. You can control the track selection, volume and play/pause from anywhere in your house.

The M1 unit is small enough to be portable but large enough to let out some booming sound (particularly in smaller rooms). With a battery life of 4 – 10 hours on a single charge they are well worth the investment. Go ahead and give them a shot – but before you do, why not check out our review for some detailed info.

The Blueant M1 Bluetooth Stereo Speakers for the Storm can be purchased at the BBGeeks Store for $159.95

Mobi Products Cradle w/ Spare Battery Slot for the Storm
mobi-product-cradleIf you have invested your hard earned cash into a BlackBerry Storm, why would you not want to give it it’s own little home. How many times have you run around in the morning looking for your phone only to find that it got tucked away in the sheets as you made the bed. (Be honest now – I know it is not just me that does this on a regular basis.)

The Mobi Products Cradle is the solution to the misplacement of BlackBerry devices everywhere. It features a slot for your Storm and a spare slot for an extra battery. The magic happens when you plug the cradle into your pc or mac. Ok, it is not really magic, just a simple charge, but an efficient way to keep your battery fully juiced up and your device readily accessible.

Mobi Products Cradle w/ Spare Battery Slot for the Storm can be purchased at the BBGeeks Store for $24.95

Mr Handsfree Family Charger

mr-handsfree-family-cradleThis is also a pretty straight forward charging station, similar to the Mobi Products one listed above. The benefit to this one of course is that it allows for multiple devices to be charged off of one outlet. Simply plug in your standard charger to the base of the Mr Handsfree Family Charger and hide all of those unsightly cords.

This is ideal for the family who shares their devoted interest in the BlackBerry device and would easily hold up to three Storms nice and snug. In the event that a family member has one of those “other” devices, you will have to take a vote as to whether or not you will let them share shelf space with your awesome gadgets. Alternately you could (and some of you will) use all three charging stations to power up your various models of BlackBerry if you happen to have more than one.

Mr Handsfree Family Charger for the Storm can be purchased at the BBGeeks Store for $14.95

Hope you all took notes

That is one heck of a list for BlackBerry Storm accessories. If you are serious about your device then you will probably have your eye on at least one of them. So go ahead and bookmark this post or send it to your significant other. The holidays are quickly approaching and hey, everyone has at least one birthday a year =)

Why is there a GPS receiver listed? The GPS in the Storm is not gimped in any way so there is no need for an external one.

No kidding…there’s nothing “hobbled” about the GPS in the Storm. Makes me think the author has never actually held a Storm in hand and is just regurgitating press releases.
