I called and spoke with an agent who basically told me that they don't have T-Mobile plans available without a substantial increase in the data plan rate. I had a very hard time understanding the agent, obviously overseas, and after I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was disconnected. This is not a promotion that reflects well on you reputation.
